Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how personal data of users of SEOXL Tools, available at tools.seoxl.ru (the “Service”), is collected, used and protected. Personal data is processed in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.

1. Data we collect

• your email address;
• your name and organization name (if you provide them);
• your password — stored only as an irreversible cryptographic hash;
• technical data required for the Service to work: IP address, session cookies.

We do not request or process special categories of personal data or biometric data.

2. Purposes of processing

• registration and sign-in, account management;
• providing the features of the Service;
• contacting you about the Service and support;
• security and abuse prevention.

3. Legal basis and location

We process personal data on the basis of your consent and in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation. User personal data is processed and stored in the Russian Federation. We apply legal, organizational and technical measures to protect personal data against unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying and distribution.

4. Disclosure to third parties

We do not disclose your personal data to third parties except where required by the laws of the Russian Federation.

5. Services you connect (integrations)

At your initiative you may connect your own accounts of external services — for example Google Search Console, Google Analytics or Yandex services — to access web analytics data of your own websites. The Service then gets read-only access and uses the data only to show analytics of your sites to you, on your instruction. We do not sell this data, do not use it for advertising and do not share it, except as described in section 6 for the AI report feature. You can disconnect any integration at any time in the “Integrations” section.

6. Google user data

This section explains how SEOXL Tools (tools.seoxl.ru, operated by Internet-Community LLC, Russia) accesses, uses, stores and shares Google user data.

Data accessed. Only when you connect your own Google account via Google OAuth: (1) Google Search Console data for the sites you own or manage — search analytics (queries, pages, clicks, impressions, CTR, position), URL inspection status and the list of your properties (scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/webmasters.readonly); (2) optionally, Google Analytics 4 reports — conversion events and landing-page metrics — only if you explicitly enable GA4 conversions for a site (scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/analytics.readonly); (3) your Google account email address, to identify the connected account (openid, email). Access is read-only; we never modify your Google data.

How we use it. Solely to provide user-facing features of the Service to you: dashboards, period comparisons, anomaly alerts, page-type reports, conversion reports and shareable reports that you create. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to build user profiles unrelated to these features.

Sharing. We do not share Google user data with third parties, except: (a) if you enable the AI report feature for a site, aggregated metrics of that site are sent to our large-language-model provider only to generate the report shown to you; this data is not used to train any AI/ML model; (b) when you explicitly create a share link, the report is visible to people who have that link; (c) when required by law.

Storage and protection. Data is stored on servers located in the Russian Federation. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest; access to production systems is restricted to authorized staff.

Retention and deletion. We keep Google data while the integration is connected. You can revoke access at any time in the «Integrations» section or at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Deleting your account (Account settings → Delete account) or a site permanently deletes the associated Google data; you can also request deletion by writing to support@tools.seoxl.ru.

Limited Use. SEOXL Tools' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

7. AI features

Text generation and AI-visibility features process the task text that you enter yourself. Please do not put personal data into task fields — it is not needed for these features.

8. Your rights

You may request information about the processing of your personal data, request its correction, blocking or deletion, and withdraw your consent. Send requests to support@tools.seoxl.ru. You can delete your account yourself in Account settings. You may also file a complaint with the Russian data protection authority (Roskomnadzor).

9. Cookies

The Service uses strictly necessary cookies for sign-in and correct operation.

10. Retention and deletion

Personal data is kept no longer than required for the purposes of processing or until consent is withdrawn. When an account is deleted, the related personal data is deleted or anonymized.

11. Changes

We may update this Policy. The current version is always published at this address with the update date. The Russian version (/privacy/) and this English version have the same meaning.
