Terms of Service

1. General

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern the relationship between the operator of SEOXL Tools (the “Service”), Internet-Community LLC, and the user. By registering and using the Service you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

The Service provides online tools for SEO analysis: site audit, rank and search-performance analytics, AI-search visibility (GEO), web analytics data analysis, text generation and other features. The features of the Service may change.

3. Account

Registration is required to use the features. You agree to provide accurate data and are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all actions under your account.

4. Plans and limits

The Service is provided under a free plan with limits (number of projects, sites, text generations, checks and other operations) and/or paid plans with extended limits. Limits and plan conditions may change; current values are shown in the Service.

5. Acceptable use

• do not use the Service for actions that violate the law;
• connect only your own accounts of external services and data you have the right to use;
• do not disrupt the Service or attempt unauthorized access to other users' data.

6. Intellectual property

Exclusive rights to the Service, its software and design belong to the operator. Materials and data you upload or create in the Service remain yours; you grant the operator the right to process them to the extent necessary to provide the Service.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and is not liable for losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Service, to the extent permitted by law. Data of external systems (search engines, analytics systems, AI services) is provided by those systems, and the operator is not responsible for its accuracy and availability.

8. Changes and termination

The operator may change these Terms and the Service, and may suspend or discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy. The Russian version (/terms/) and this English version have the same meaning.
